The hypnagogic haze of purling, refractive dub is strong on Sleepdial’s debut for West Mineral, introducing a crafty new name to the scene after a teasing preview on that Peak Oil x NWAQ radio show, delivering a heavy-lidded dose of tattered ambient dub inversions.

Sleepdial chases a frayed thread of thought thru the fractal echo chambers of ‘RV Lights’, only their 2nd full-length under this alias, and first on vinyl. The 9-part album is optimised for getting smudged on sunny daze with its pursuit of elusive dub sprites that connote subaquatic or vaporous etheric themes in their elemental diffusions and world-building ecologies.

In equilibrium of ambient and dub-as-method, they tenderly tease the senses with a fine grasp of deferred gratification, oscillating abstract spatial navigations and ephemeral moments of heart-in-mouth euphoria. Where sometimes this stuff can err to a pleasant mess, the dub ballast here anchors proceedings in a rugged groove that really pushes the right buttons and elevates the whole thing in its own air.

Blessed with a compelling sensuality, tracks follow a course from the compressed contrails of ‘Purview’ to the helical shapes of ‘Dovetailing’ and thru beautifully pill-bellied sensations on ‘Icarus Rising’, into ruggeder, insectoid dub in ‘Blue August’ to short circuit agitated and soothing feels. That fractured sort of duality manifests at its most anxious yet enchanted in the unpicked strings and astral scree of ‘Lightplay’, and in the title and feel of ‘Lean Angst’, gently keeping heads on toes into the swirling pressure system of album sign-off ‘Airtank’.

Aiko Takahashi is a Nova Gorica-based musician, a spirit that has released albums on various labels. Just like the line that separates the two cities where Aiko lives, Gorizia and Nova Gorica, divided between two countries yet united as one, Aiko’s music exists on a boundary. A line that separates silence from peculiar, almost imperceptible sounds. Too quiet to be Ambient, too Ambient to be Sound Art.

Two years ago, after a first complete release on IIKKI with "It Could Have Been A Beautiful", Aiko Takahashi comes back with a second complete album, this time, on LAAPS.

"This album is a delicate, meditative collection recorded between March and November 2024 in Aiko's former studio, a secluded spot near the River Isonzo, between Gorizia and Nova Gorica in Slovenia. The Grass Harp was made specifically for LAAPS, who asked Aiko to create a new complete piece of sounds. As always, it was largely recorded using dense layers of manipulated loops that weave in and out of the recordings, shaping them in a singular way through effects pedals, tape decks, and tape loops. The Grass Harp is a meditation on decay and silence, blending warm soundscapes with soft, playful melodies. That’s Aiko’s signature sound."

IN TRANSIT by the duo Lia Kohl & Zander Raymond (Chicago) is built around a collection of field recordings made in spaces of transit —bus stops, train stations, taxis—blended with the accordion and modular synthesizers textures of Zander Raymond, and the cello and synthesizers of Lia Kohl.

The record features eight instrumental tracks, composed from these raw captures of transient zones, harmonized and enriched with musical treatments and arrangements. Combining acoustic and electronic sources, these compositions create an atmosphere that is both familiar and dreamlike, blurring the boundaries between the real and the imaginary.

Lia Kohl is a cellist, composer, and sound artist based in Chicago. Her broad and varied practice includes composition and performance, installation, improvisation, and collaboration. Her work is rooted in curiosity and patience, exploring the everyday and profound potential of sound. Following her album Normal Sounds (Moon Glyph)—an ode to the noise of daily life, transforming the hum of refrigerators and the ticking of turn signals into moments of unexpected beauty—Lia Kohl continues this exploration of the sounds that surround us with IN TRANSIT.

Zander Raymond is an interdisciplinary artist and musician based in Chicago. In his visual work, he improvises with various materials to create collages. His music is also rooted in improvisation, using modular synthesizers to construct soundscapes that take nonlinear approaches to composition.

At this point the vast swathes of unreleased Muslimgauze material Bryn Jones left behind when he passed away over 25 years ago is as legendary as any of his work. And sure enough, there's still some being unearthed today. The new »Single #One« is the first in a series of four (three 7"s and one 12") taken from one of Jones' customary completely unlabelled DATs he sent to labels seemingly as fast as he finished them. Both sides here indicate that, even on what might have been throwaway efforts for other artists, Jones was constantly chasing his muse around new corners.

Side A begins with the kind of tough percussion loop often found on Muslimgauze releases, but even as foreboding synths start to swell in the background, Jones introduces a rhythmic, peppy little keyboard riff far jauntier than most things he created. Side B, meanwhile, takes Jones' looped hand percussion in a dubbier direction, but unlike other times he explored that space there are some elements (phased zaps, a slightly skanking rhythm) that, while not reggae exactly, makes this feel more like a traditional dub than Jones tended to make. Both sides stand in testament to a creator who never stayed in one place for very long.

Milian Mori shares his deep interest in combining mathematics, geometry, and data with emotion, dance, and fulfillment: technology meets nature, binary meets fluids, algorithm meets spirituality, dualism meets triality, machine meets human, randomness meets self-similarity.

His second album, »Triality«, consists of 16 tracks and is being released via raster as a double LP vinyl, CD, and digitally. Composed to be experienced seamlessly, the 53-minute-long album can be listened to from beginning to end like an audiobook, with no pauses between tracks, creating a continuous sonic experience.

Triality explores the ›unspeakable third in the second‹—a quality that is present everywhere but remains immeasurable. This concept strongly influenced Milian Mori during the composition of the album. In his live performances, he attempts to visualize this unique relationship through the strobe light, which exaggerates the interplay between light and darkness, creating a non-binary space between 0 and 1. The album can be experienced like a film without images—a film that speaks of a vision yet to unfold.

Encapsulating Ben’s appreciation of the power we all have within us to achieve joy and peace, as conveyed sonically by all the musicians involved, Everything Is Within You came together organically. His first full length solo LP since the acclaimed There’s More To Life Than This on Strictly Rhythm in 2011, Everything Is Within You showcases Ben’s artistic development as a songwriter, curator and producer as he steps into his role as producer and arranger, away from lead vocalist.

Now based in Ibiza, the omnipresent energy of the magical island has permeated into the music on his new album, as well as the influence of his personal and spiritual growth.

This is a four-track sampler taken from parts one and two of the One Hundred and Fifty Steps VEP series which is all about exploring the rise of 150 bpm dubstep, a sound that is characterised by fast basslines, broken rhythms and heavy halftime pulses. From VEP pt. 1, L.A.'s Carre delivers pacey wobblers and then Berlin's Formella debuts with playful breaks and more wobbly bass on 'Dripstep'. VEP pt. 2 features Leipzig's Old Man Crane with their intricate, syncopated style shinning through on 'Grey' and Valencia's Andrae Durden then shows class with a Kryptic Minds-inspired low-end powerhouse.

Heady house label Courtesy Of Balance only releases music that you know will stand the test of time. It is informed by the classic schools of deepness but always with a modern touch and unique character, and next to carry that torch is Ostrich aka Nadir Agha. He's in charge of curation at Montreal's legendary Stereo Club and shows his class here with opener 'Snake Charmer' which is built on a dynamic groove foundation and embellished with wispy pads that take your mind on a wander. Rafael Marín, best known as Rapha Mundi, is back on Buenobueno Discos with a solid 6 track EP titled Bonanza. The super prolific, hard working hero from the small town of Murchante, in Spain, keeps pushing boundaries on his personal journey through music.

On this record Rapha explores the deeper sides of House and Techno with a minimalistic production and a truly amazing sense for hypnotic grooves. Always club ready, always dj friendly. He also even delivers a beautiful ambient track called 'Otra Luz' as the cherry on top.

WHEN A NIGHT IN SOUNDS LIKE A NIGHT OUT! Eine schillernde 11-Track-Reise durch die handverlesenen Perlen unter Numeros besten. Eccentric verbindet die zeitlose Wärme des klassischen Soul mit einem frischen, modernen Twist: Eccentric Modern Soul präsentiert eine weitläufige Klanglandschaft, die sich sowohl nostalgisch als auch neu anfühlt.

Im oberfränkischen Sulzbach-Rosenberg, dem Standort der Maxhütte, brannte Ende des Jahrzehnts natürlich nichts außer dem Feuer in den Hochöfen, in denen Stahl geschmolzen wird. Floh de Cologne sahen sich über viele Monate dort um, die fünf Langhaarigen aus Preußen (Enxing) redeten mit Gott und der Welt. "Wir waren mit der Zeit integriert." So entstand Koslowsky.

Darin gehört das Epos "Prinzessin auf der Nadel" zum Besten, was die deutsche Rockmusik hervorgebracht hat. Der Text stammt von Peter Maiwald (1946–2008). Er porträtiert die Umstände, die eine junge Frau aus Sulzbach in die Droge als »Aus- weg« führt. Uraufgeführt an zwei Abenden im Dezember 1979 im Saal der Gaststätte "Josefshaus", gewerkschaftlich unterstützt wie manche andere Floh-Produktion, er- reichte sie auch die Belegschaft des Stahlwerkes – bis spät in die Nacht unterhielt ich mich danach mit einem Stahlwerker bei gutem bayrischen Bier. Im Betrieb hatte er so einiges mitbekommen von der Vorgeschichte. Das Programm steht für die Brillanz, die Floh de Cologne musikalisch wie textlich im Laufe der Jahre erreicht hatten, erhielt den deutschen Kleinkunstpreis und wurde fürs Fernsehen aufgezeichnet. Ins erste Programm schaffte es Koslowsky nicht, aber immerhin in mehrere dritte.

Das letzte FL0H-Opus - vor dem großen Abschlußspektakel -hieß „F“ und knüpfte an alte Action-Theater-Tage an. Mit einer Musik allerdings, die erneut bewies, wie offen und aufnahmebereit die Routiniers geblieben waren. Moderner Rock, nicht modische Masche. Atemberaubend militante Intensität in den New-wave-Stücken, feinnervige Einfühlsamkeit in epischen Songs. Dazu bitterböse Satire, die an Biss nichts eingebüßt hat.

Die LP zu „F“ heißt FAATERLAND. Sie wurde in C0NNY‘S STUDI0 von Dave Hutchins aufgenommen und gemischt.

Die niederländische Band “Digital Emotion“ wurde 1983 gegründet und konnte in den folgenden Jahren mit Titeln wie “Don’t Stop“ , “Get Up Action“ oder “Go Go Yellow Screen“ weltweit Erfolge feiern.

Neben der perfekt produzierten Musik , waren Digital Emotion auch für ihre Bühnenshows bekannt. Die Compilation “Greatest Hits & Remixes“ liefert alle Hits der Band.

-Remaster 2025, CD enthält einen Live-Bonustrack Bloodrunner aus Illinois, USA, gründeten sich 2004, als Thrash Metal nicht gerade ein angesagtes Subgenre war. Besonders in den USA waren traditionelle Spielarten, ganz im Gegensatz zu heute, zum tiefsten Undergrounddasein verdammt. Nur die bereits etablierten Bands wie Anthrax ode Slayer, die allerdings auch mit modernen Einflüssen kokettiert haben, konnten für Aufmerksamkeit sorgen. Doch das war den frisch gebackenen Bloodrunner egal. Sie wollten ihre Lieblingsmusik spielen und wilde Parties feiern!

Nach einem Demo im Jahr 2007, erschien 2008 dann das bisher einzige Album „Total Annihilation“, welches an purer Spielfreude nicht zu überbieten ist. Die weniger perfekten Momente werden durch eine ungebändigte Energie wettgemacht, die im Heavy Metal mehr wert ist, als routiniertes Performen. Trotzdem haben die damals noch sehr jungen Musiker bereits ansehnlich Skills gehabt und verstehe ihr Handwerk. Das gilt auch für das Songwriting, welches nich nur auf durchgehendes Thrash-Geballer setzt, sondern auch auf Abwechslung. Somit ist das Album nicht nur für ThrashFanatiker geeignet. Die organisch klingende, aber dennoch fette Produktion, passt wie die Faust aufs Auge und zeigt, was bei aktuellen Alben in diesem Genre oft fehlt: Klangliche Authentizität! Es wurde damals nur als gebrannte CDR und digital veröffentlicht!

Mit einem ganz besonderen Glanzstück meldet sich die wiedervereinte NWOBHM Band MARQUIS DE SADE zurück. Daraus resultierte, neben vielen Gigs in ihrer Heimat England, auch ein Slot beim prestigeträchtigen Keep It True Festival, bei dem sie durchweg überzeugen konnten. „Somewehere Up In The Mountains“, Seite A der raren Single von 1981, hat sich in den letzten Jahren als NWOBHM-Hit entpuppt. Er wurde von Bands wie Roxxcalibur oder Dragon´s Kiss gecovert und wird in sozialen Medien ständig geteilt. Die epische Ausrichtung des 1981 noch sehr basisch, ja primitiv aufgenommenen Song, lieferte die Idee, eine orchestrierte Version davon aufzunehmen, quasi als Update und Alternative zum Original. Das Ergebnis ist erstaunlich und zeigt, wie „groß“ der Song tatsächlich ist. Auch die einstige B-Seite, „Black Angel“, wesentlich härter als „Somewhere…“, funktioniert in diesem Soundgewand. Hier spielen Band und Orchester zusammen und nicht, wie so oft bei solchen Projekten, nebeneinander. Eine neue Version kann und soll kein Original ersetzen. Daher findet man auf der extended EP auch die beiden Originalversionen der hyperraren Single von 1981. Diese wurden von Patrick Engel restauriert und remastert.

After impressions of Unguja and Borneo islands, Discrepant's chieftain Gonçalo F. Cardoso continues his sonic travelogue on insularity with 'Impressões de Várias Ilhas’.

Literally translated as "impressions from various islands", this third tome dwells on recordings and inspirations from three archipelagos of Macaronésia. Soaking in the sounds and recollections from Azores, Cape Verde and Canary Islands these diaristic endeavours spread throughout a number of real environments, from water caves and black stone beaches and lagoons to small harbours and everyday life scenarios, to project them into this not quite imaginary but not quite real memory haze that goes from a deeply personal impression to a resonating one.

Melding raw field recordings with processed ones and synthesized landscapes, Cardoso never falters into sonic tourism, conjuring small-ish takes both vivid and dreamy, infused with a sense of wonder that feels both bewildering, comforting and escapist. The breaking waves of 'Bufadeiros de São Vicente' soothing in their irregular pattern, mingling with the lone echoing tones not completely removed from Black Dice's 'Beaches & Canyon's most pensive passages, flow into the underwater ambience and suspended pads of 'La Cueva Scuba Livre', as reflections of the same sea crashing in on different lands, nature’s psychogeography. Further on, the queasy warm chord and scraping murmurs of 'Noite em Rabo de Peixe' mirror their nighttime framing while 'Rãs em Xoxo' veers closer to pure musique concréte, crossed by a subdued feeling of unease that lingers in the nostalgia of 'Cozido da Caldeira Velha', brimming within the haze of a Boards of Canada vignette. Summoning the past lives and future hauntings of its scenery, 'Salinas de Pedra Lume' is like the quiet epic of the album, meandering into the unknown among crackling field recordings, decaying synths and flute-like howls - or is it howl-like flutes? - recurring as glimpses from foregone existences, not necessarily Gonçalo’s own. Maybe ours?

With this, their fourth album Black Helium find themselves widening the parameters of their take on heavy psychedelic rock, with probably their most baked and hook-laden material to date.

From the no-safety-net freak out of ‘Return the Curse’, to the sawtooth groove of ‘Up on a Hill’, ‘The Animals Are Coming’ LP is Black Helium at their most exploratory and focused.

Recorded one sun-drenched week in late June 2024, this time at Axe and Trap Studios with Ben Turner (Hey Colossus, Part Chimp). ‘The Animals Are Coming’ is the band sweating it out in a room, fueled by “party foods “and vintage amps. Digging deeper towards the source, no matter how transcendent, no matter how dark.

Black Helium are a psychedelic power trio, based in London. Never afraid to stray from the beaten path, they traverse aural hallucinatory soundscapes; from detuned Neanderthal rock to deep oceans of introspective blissed out psychedelia.

The band consistently gig across the UK (including a two week tour with Japanese label mates Hibushibire late 2024), and have recently started ventures into mainland Europe. And plan to continue throughout 2025.

Psychedelic rock in the dark!

Dope Purple's new album 'Children In The Darkness’ was recorded when the band hosted a live midnight recording session at Revolver, Taipei City, Taiwan on Friday 3rd March 2023.

Amidst the tense silence of the middle of the night, the five members of Dope Purple, two guest musicians: saxophonist Yong Yandsen from Malaysia, British drummer Darren Moore from Singapore, and a familiar audience, came together to produce the album 'Children In The Darkness’.

The album is a ferocious space psychedelic rock, no starlight, no glamourous psychedelic paradise, just a meditative journey of infinite darkness and ear-splitting tinnitus. Unlike our last album, I didn't have a specific theme or idea for this album, however I named it 'Children In The Darkness’ because all the songs on this album share the same lonely, disorientating chaos that reminds me of children forgotten in the darkness, and Dope Purple has always been a messenger for those children, playing sedative music for their ghosts.

At the end of each performance, I can clearly feel my furious brain melting away and only the calming spirit remains in my body.

ROMEs „Martial Ambient Serie“ mit ihren düsteren, industriellen Klanglandschaften - größtenteils auf restauriertem historischem Audiomaterial basierend - versetzt uns zurück in die blutgetränkten Schlachtfelder der jüngsten europäischen Geschichte, als sich ähnlich wie heute die Ideologien auf europäischem Boden bis zum Tod bekämpften.

Was mit „Käferzeit“ (2019) und „Gärten und Straßen“ (2020) begann und später mit „Haus der Flieger“ (2021) und „Blätter und Steine“ (2023) erweitert wurde, findet nun in „Aster und Edelweiß“ seine fünfte und finale Umsetzung.

„Aster und Edelweiß“ befasst sich mit dem Leben und dem Vermächtnis des 1960 in Pully verstorbenen General Guisan, dem Oberbefehlshaber der Schweizer Armee zur Zeit des Zweiten Weltkrieges, der es wie kein anderer verstand, das Durchhaltevermögen und den Wehrwillen der Schweizer Soldaten und der Bevölkerung angesichts eines möglichen Einmarschs zu stählen. Dabei laden ROME den Hörer auf eine düstere Klangwanderung ein, die durch filigrane Samplearbeit und traumhafte, orgelgetriebene Sequenzen voller dunkler Anmut und zerbrechlicher Eleganz geprägt ist: Eine eindringliche und atemberaubende Reise in das Reich der Pflicht, der Beharrlichkeit und des Opfers.

Wer ROME seit der 20-jährigen Bandgeschichte verfolgt, wird nicht bestreiten können: Jerome Reuter ist immer für eine Überraschung gut. Sicher ist der Folk Noir, die düstere Liedermacherkunst mit Akustikgitarre und melancholischen Vocals, seine kreative Basis und Kontinuität. Doch immer wieder finden sich auf seinen Alben atmosphärische Ambienttracks – filmmusikartige Collage und Vertonungen der Konzeptthemen, die ROMEs Ursprung in der Post-Industrial-Culture belegen. „Terres de Sang“ ist nun anlässlich des 20-jährigen Bandjubiläums eine Kollektion von Songs und Instrumentals, die in diesen Versionen noch nicht erhältlich sind, sei es live oder in Remixen. Dazu kommen jene typischen ROME-Klangkollagen, die man von den Intros der Livekonzerte kennt. „Terres de Sang“ ist ein Füllhorn der unterschiedlichen Stile, Themen und Stimmungen, die ROME seit zwei Dekaden kennzeichnen. Daraus ergibt sich kein eigenständiges neues Album, aber ein ebenso spannendes wie unterhaltsames Kaleidoskop der unerschöpflichen Kreativität Jerome Reuters, das dem ROME-Sammler aus dem Herzen spricht. ROMEs viertes Studioalbum „Flowers from Exile“, ursprünglich 2009 veröffentlicht, nimmt zweifellos einen ganz besonderen Ehrenplatz in ROMEs umfangreichen Gesamtwerk ein und ist bis dato eines der wichtigsten wie auch beliebtesten Alben der Band. Als der damalige Co-Produzent und Tontechniker Patrick Damiani - der zudem als Musiker und Arrangeur an dem Album beteiligt war - Frontmann Jerome Reuter darauf ansprach, die Originalspuren auszugraben und die Aufnahmen in neuem Gewand aufzuarbeiten, war die Versuchung verständlicherweise sehr groß, das Meisterwerk mit frischen Ohren und aktualisierter Technik neu zu entdecken.

Viele Jahre nach den ursprünglichen Sessions waren Reuter und Damiani über die räumliche Tiefe der Aufnahmen und der klanglichen Breite des einst aufgenommenen Materials erstaunt. Sie erkannten, dass diese wegweisenden Aufnahmen aus den Anfangsjahren von ROME mit einem neuen Ansatz und aktualisierten Mischtechniken zu etwas wahrhaft Einzigartigem ausgebaut werden könnte. Mit großer Ehrfurcht und allem gebotenen Respekt vor dem Album und dessen ursprünglichen Sound, näherten sich beide Schritt für Schritt an den Klassiker heran und hoben in minuziöser Kleinstarbeit die einzelnen Originalspuren aus dem Sand der Zeit. Nach dem explosiven, schnörkellosen, selbstbetitelten Debütalbum aus dem letzten Jahr meldet sich das potente Duo mit ihrem zweiten Album 'Bored Animal' zurück.

Es wurde in weniger als zwei Wochen im Studio von Edwyn Collins in den schottischen Highlands konzipiert und aufgenommen, zusammen mit dem Tontechniker Sean Reed. Abgemischt wurde es von David Wrench (Manic Street Preachers, Let's Eat Grandma, Blur, Baxter Dury). His Lordship entschieden sich, ihren Sound zu straffen: Sie verzichteten auf Harmonien, Rockabilly-Einflüsse und Songs mit einer Länge von mehr als vier Minuten und kümmerten sich nicht darum, die Musik perfekt zu machen.

Das Ergebnis ist ein Album, das eine Vielzahl von Ideen in seine elf prägnanten Songs packt. Und obwohl die Songs von 'Bored Animal' Anleihen beim alten Rock ’n‘ Roll nehmen, ist das Album keineswegs ein Retro-Aufguss oder eine Hommage an die Vergangenheit.

"After the success of his album Le Bal des Crocodiles in 2023, the Parisian label Teenage Kicks Production has announced the imminent release of the new album by the artist Homme Bleu, titled Dark Matter. Recorded at Garage Studio in Montpellier, this album will feature 12 tracks in English. The mixing was done in New York by Alex Conroy, except for the track The Life in Me, which was mixed by Steve Lyon (Depeche Mode, The Cure, etc.). A resolutely rock album that highlights guitars with modern arrangements. Introspection, existential questions, human relationships, and the passage of time are the artist's favorite themes, with a distinctly pop-rock influence infused with an electro whirlwind. Three singles have already been released from the album: The Life in Me, a high-energy rock track dominated by guitars; I Ride: a groovy mid-tempo ballad reminiscent of Radiohead's universe, an ode to inner freedom and resilience; titletrack Dark Matter, an eponymous track, a piano-vocal ballad. Phoenician Drive is a six-piece band from Brussels, blending Western rock with traditional Eastern music into a style they describe as Dune Krautrock. Oud, darbuka, and riq meet distorted guitars and pop textures, weaving connections across the Mediterranean. Inspired by East–West fusions from the 1970s (like Erkin Koray and Orient Express) and the German krautrock scene (Neu!, Can, Faust…), their music explores borderless, hypnotic landscapes rooted in both rhythm and experimentation.

Following a debut EP released on EXAG' Records in 2017, the band put out a self-titled LP and collaborated with choreographer Wim Vandekeybus in 2018. In 2019, Phoenician Drive reimagined their sound in an acoustic format, which they toured extensively for two years throughout the post-Covid period.

Between 2021 and 2022, the group returned to electric instrumentation and recorded Glow, an EP released in June 2023 via EXAG' Records. The release was celebrated with a powerful live show at Brasserie Illegaal in Brussels — a performance captured in the live album Live in Brussels '23. The record channels the band’s raw stage energy and deepens their sonic exploration of trance, tension, and Mediterranean melodies.

With Bass Temprature, rediscover on one single CD the first three vinyl EPs by High Tone: Bot Dub Seasons, Low Tone, and Bass Temperature-a total of 12 tracks that propelled the Lyon-based group into the ranks of electro-dub heavyweights. In addition to these two reissues, four extra tracks have been added, making for a 12-track album just as compelling as it's predecessor. It marks a shift toward a more roots-oriented sound while remaining firmly grounded in the electro-dub genre. Other influences also emerge, such as the strong Eastern vibe in The Orientalist. The man behind "Psyche Rock" and "Requiem pour un con" delivers an incredibly intense downtempo spacey-prog-funk score with outstanding drums, wah-wah guitars, deep Rhodes chords and superb bass performed by a legendary rhythm section (Jannick Top, Jean Schultheis, Claude Engel). The soundtrack of "L’héritier" is linked with the score of "Tarot", an improbable Spanish giallo that Colombier composed the same year, featuring Nanette Workman on the main theme.
